A charming just renovated cottage of 80 m², in a converted stone barn, oriented to the east ans south. This is a very pleasant holiday place for 2 to 4 persons. Peaceful and restful in a rural environment, with a view over the hills, 2 km to the village of Mauroux in the conscription of Puy L' Evêque (3rd site in the Lot).
The cottage is situated in a very nice encosed park with shade, of about 4000 m²; although close to the owners'lawns privacy is ensured for al fresco meals and sunbathing. There is parking space next to the cottage.
All groundfloor, with a roofed terrace, there is a kitchen with dining area, sitting room with TV and double bedsettee, 1 double bedroom with a sink, shower-room, separate toilet, utility room with wasing machine, clothesline, sink, barbecue, and space for bikes or other holiday equipment.

It is well situated for sightseeing, visit of the bastides, medieval villages, castles of the Lot and Dordogne valleys, close to Périgord, and for wintasting at the numerous vinegrowers' of the area.
In the village of Mauroux : mini supermarket, Tourist office, walking tracks by the Lot riverside, pétanque ground in the shade, tenniscourt, restaurants.

Spacious comfortable wooden chalet eux chalet de bois in a holiday resort hidden amidst the wooded nature of Quercy, close to Mauroux. The resort counts 58 chalets but there are about 8 achres of hilly land planted mainly with oak trees.
Each bungalow is surrounded by approximately 500 m². It is composed of a large lounge with arm chairs, a sofa, and television, opening onto a large roofed terrace, fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, micro-wave oven, dishwasher, electric hobs, electric kettle and coffee maker), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, bath and sink, separate toilet, cupboards, storing room for suitcases, bicycles, etc.. and carport.
The walls are in natural wood and the high ceilings give an airy impression and a lot of volume.
