Spacious comfortable wooden chalet in a holiday resort hidden amidst the wooded nature of Quercy, close to Mauroux. The resort counts 58 chalets but there are about 8 acres of hilly land planted mainly with oak trees.
Each bungalow is surrounded by approximately 500 m². It is composed of a large lounge with arm chairs, a sofa, and television, opening onto a large roofed terrace, fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, micro-wave oven, dishwasher, electric hobs, electrix kettle and coffee maker), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower, bath and sink, separate toilet, cupboards, storing room for suitcases, bicycles, etc.. and carport.
The walls are in natural wood and the high ceilings give an airy impression and a lot of volume.
Communal laundry room next to the pool area.
Barbecue not allowed for security reasons.
Available to all guests : pool, tennis court, petanque field, volley ball ground, children's area, tranpolines,
mini golf, table tennis, and an enclosure with a few animals.
The large swimming pool is protected, and heated with solar pannels.
In the heart of the resort there is also the reception office, and in summer a bar, chips snack bar, a good quality restaurant and a small shop with fresh bread, postcards, newspapers...
In the high season games and activities are organized for children, and also outings. But the emphasis always lies on calm and rest for everyone.

This attractive house has been recently completely refurbished. It is situated on a hill and is surrounded by fields in the countryside of Bourlens.
There is an open plan kitchen and a large dining/ sitting room, a bathroom, separate toilet, a small bedroom.
A few steps down give access to 3 bedrooms, one of which is in the passage to the other 2, which both have an outside door.
All around there are lovely views over the valley. There is a small cicular above ground pool and a lot of outside space for a pleasant restful holiday.
