This small cottage on 2 floors of 20 m² each, has been built at one end of the barn, and stands on a 5 000 m² enclosed property equipped with a superb covered pool, salt-filtered water (no chlorin used). The glass panes around the pool are open in the summer. The area is peaceful and quiet, it is part of the orchard planted plains of the Lot Valley.
The pool and the terraces around are all at the guests' disposal, as well as the swing, and a ping-pong table under the barn; there is a sheltered parking space.
The ground floor has a living room with bed-settee, a kitchenet with 2 electric hobs and microwave oven, and a good shower room. A narrow flight of steps leads up to the upper floor, which is divided by a partial partition. There is a double bed on one side, and 2 twin beds on the other side.
All shops and services are to be found in the Fumel area, 8 km away. The owners (with their 2 dogs) live in the other house on the property and may occasionally use the pool at the end of the afternoon. Dog accepted.
As the pool is covered it can be enjoyed for most of the year.
